(832)302-3630REGISTRATION: It is recommended to register for a class in advance, prior to the start of a course. Early registration is recommended due to limited seat. Paid registration is also accepted up to the last day prior to the start of a course, if seats are available. An email will be sent to the registrant within two days after a paid registration. The Training venue will be sent to all registrants within 7 days before the start of a course provided the course registration fee is received. Please contact us before the start of a course, if you paid a course registration fee and did not receive an email confirmation.
NOTE: All payments must be received before a course seat is confirmed.
PAYMENTS: Course registration fee is due at the time of registration and must be received prior to the start of a course to guarantee a seat. An invoice will be provided to participants with confirmed seats via email and not later than the first day of class. Course registration fee includes tuition, course materials and daily refreshment. If you are not able to attend a course after payment, a future course date for the same missed course can be re-scheduled, based on the course and seat availability.
TRANSFER AND SUBSITUTION are accepted provided it is done at least 14 days prior to the start of a course. If a registrant cannot attend a course after enrollment, the registrant can transfer to a future date for the same course or transfer the seat to a colleague. There is no penalty for course substitution. GeoFocal reserves the right to substitute course instructors.
CANCELLATION: If a cancelled course enrollment is received from course registrants more than 14 days prior to the first day of a course, the course registration fee is fully refunded. There is no refund on course registration fee, if a course is cancelled less than 14 days prior to a course start date.
Geofocal reserves the right to cancel any course session at any time. The final decision to proceed with a course is made 14 days prior to the start of a course. If a course is cancelled, we will email enrollees about the course cancellation and they will be given the opportunity to transfer to another course offering or receive a full refund. GeoFocal is not responsible for any penalties charged for cancelling or changing your travel plans. Please keep our cancellation policy in mind when planning your travel. A Certification of Course Completion will be awarded to attendees that successfully complete a course requirement.
